When we receive your enquiry form we will estimate a cost and contact you by email or phone.

Send your item(s) along with an Order Form (you can download here)  Send by Royal Mail (Special Delivery recommended) to Heritage Pearls, PO Box 919, Sowerby Bridge, HX1 9WU

We will confirm safe arrival of your piece. If it so happens that any work is required that differs from the initial quote we will alert you to this straight away.

With your repair complete and once payment is received, we will return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured option).
